Chatpati gobhi recipe
Cabbage is very good for health as per its nutritional value.It is also known as Patta gobi or Bandh gobi. In this post I have shared new style chatpati mutton gobi recipe.
- 500 gm Cabbage chopped
- 5 nos Green chillies slits
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Peeli mirchi
- 1 nos Tomato chopped
- 1 cup Meat (mutton or beef or chicken) Boiled and cubed
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- First fry chopped cabbage for 5 minutes at high flame.
- After addition of all spices keep the gobi at low flame for 5 more minutes.
- instead of mutton you can use beef or chicken cubes.
